Engaged as a consultant to oversee regulatory documentation, WHO compliance, and statutory governance in alignment with national and international standards. The role includes infrastructure planning, capability development, and operational transformation through structured training initiatives. Successfully contributed to the execution and readiness of a WHO-compliant manufacturing facility for Camon Healthcare.

Led the establishment of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing project from concept to operational readiness. Responsibilities covered project planning, plant design, CAPEX assessment, vendor management, and regulatory documentation. The project was completed and handed over within defined timelines, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.

Directed a greenfield project for an ORS (Liquid Ready-to-Drink, WHO Formula) manufacturing facility, overseeing infrastructure design, MEP systems, equipment procurement, validation, and CDSCO regulatory compliance. The engagement resulted in the successful establishment of an in-house WHO-approved ORS RTD manufacturing unit for Cipla Health Ltd., enhancing cost efficiency and scalability.
